The library is offering bi-weekly Friday meetup events for homeschool children to get together and participate in STEAM related enrichment activities. Every two weeks, we’ll give a brief presentation on subjects like 3D printing, coding, robotics, electronics, book discussions, crafts, and more.
This Friday’s event will be:
Learning how a 3D Printer works and designing 3D models using Tinkercad. Tinkercad is a web-based 3D modeling program that anyone can use from any computer by going to Tinkercad.com. Users can design and build 3D files to be printed with a 3D printer. Our class will give you the basics on how to use this free program.
Bring a laptop if you have one. If not, we can provide you with one.
