The Library is offering bi-weekly Friday meetup events for homeschool children to get together and participate in STEAM-related enrichment activities. Every two weeks, we’ll give a brief presentation on subjects like 3D printing, coding, robotics, electronics, book discussions, crafts, and more.
This Friday’s event will be:
Draw Your Own Dream House – This class is perfect for any budding young architects. In it, they’ll learn the basics of how architects design houses and buildings, how to draw blueprints to scale, and how to draw their own dream house from different angles, just like a real architect would. Graph paper and architectural rulers will be provided for attendees to use, and attendees will leave with any plans they draw of their future house.
