Contest Rules: Complete four activities in a row on the bingo sheet diagonally, horizontally, or vertically. (Click or tap on the bingo sheet to open it as a pdf.)
Keep track of your activities. Once you have completed four in a row, open the Google form.
The Google form will require you to provide a title of the book you read, a picture of the activity you completed, or an answer to a question for each of the four activities to show that you completed them.
Fill out and submit the google form by January 31st.
One winner will be chosen and notified when the contest is over!
