At this camp, attendees will work together to put on a play that brings a story to life. They will design the backdrops, create the props, and make their own costumes. Because this is a reader’s theater, there is no need to memorize lines, as they will be able to read from their scripts during the show. We want to create a welcoming and all-inclusive environment for our little readers. If your child is not comfortable with the spotlight, there will be plenty of other important roles to fill, such as costume and set design.
By registering for this camp, you are signing up to attend all 4 days, with an additional day for the performance. All children must have a parent/guardian on Library property for the duration of the camp. Families and friends are welcome to attend the show on Saturday, July 13th.
