This month, we will start our Story Time with another breathing technique, rainbow breathing. This strategy can be used when we start to feel angry and need to take a moment to calm back down. Then, we will read Angry Cookie by Laura Dockrill, thinking about some of the things that make us feel angry. Finally, we look at some things that might trigger our anger and review some of the tools we have in our toolbox to help us deal with the anger we feel.
