The Library is hosting a monthly class series on essential life skills for teenagers that are of high-school age. In each class, we’ll cover a different category of life skills that teens will need as they enter college and the adult world.
This month’s class will cover nutrition and fitness, and how living a healthy lifestyle can positively affect other aspects of your life. We’ll discuss things like portions, meal prepping, food quality, as well as exercise regimens and proper diet.
Each attendee is encouraged to bring something to take notes on, but paper and pencils will be provided.
