eCard Registration

An eCard is a special ID for borrowers who cannot physically travel to the library. The eCard is restricted to downloadable and online content only. The eCard works in the following ways:

  • Allows access to online databases.
  • Allows access to downloadable ebooks, e-audiobooks, magazines, and music, as well as streaming movies and TV shows.
  • It will not allow for a hold request for any physical materials from the Lebanon Public Library. To put holds on physical materials, we require the user to sign up for a physical library card with a proof of Ohio residency.

There are no fines associated with the eCard and there is no expiration date for use of this card. You can ignore the suggestion on the form that you pick up a library card at the library. You may use this eCard for as long as you wish.  An eCard will not be issued if you currently have a library card.

Please look over the form and make sure your information is correct before submitting your self-registration.

If there are any issues or errors you may have to re-fill in the form.

PLEASE NOTE: Even though the registration forms call the eCard a ‘temporary’ card there is no time limit and no physical card. The PACREG number and your Password/PIN are *not* going to be emailed to you so please write them down and save them when you complete registration.

SECONDARY NOTE: Please enter the last four numbers of your phone number for your Password on the registration page.
