Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have developed a schedule of service levels that are based on the Warren County color-coded level of risk:
Level One – Yellow – Browsing and in-house tech use by appointment, as well as curbside services
Level Two – Orange – In-house tech use by appointment, as well as curbside services
Level Three – Red – Curbside services only
Level Four – Purple – Curbside services only or possible shutdown
Returning items? All items must be placed in our drive-through bookdrop.
Curbside pickup of library materials is available. You can also checkout laptops and request wireless printing, faxing, and copying via curbside service. To place your order, call (513) 932-2665 between 1 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, 9 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
Ordering books? It may be helpful to be looking at our online catalog as you chat with our staff member in order to select available items. Don’t know exactly what you want? We are happy to make suggestions or pull collections for you. Limit of 10 items per order, please. Items may also be placed on Hold online through our catalog. When you receive notification that the item is available, please call the Library to schedule a pick up time.
Pickups will be scheduled for the following business day between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. If conditions permit, same day pick up may be possible.
Items renew automatically biweekly, up to 26 times, but will not renew if a Hold is on the item. We do not charge overdue fines at this time.
